1. Delivery Coverage & Timelines

1.1 Domestic Delivery

• Coverage Area: United States, Canada

• Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation (customized products require an extension to 5-7 days).

• Shipping Methods: Standard Shipping (8-15 days) and Express Shipping (7-10 days) are available.

1.2 International Delivery

• Duty & Tax Instructions: Import duties and customs clearance fees shall be borne by the sender.

• Restricted Regions: None

2. Shipping Fee Calculation Rules

2.1 Billing Methods

• Weight/Dimension-Based Pricing: Calculated automatically via Shopify Shipping; accurate product weight and packaging dimensions must be provided.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $5 per order for North America.

• Free Shipping on Qualified Orders: Free shipping for orders with an amount ≥ $50.

2.2 Shipping Fee Waivers

• Limited-Time Free Shipping: May be offered during promotional periods, subject to the instructions on the promotion page.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

3.1 Return Conditions

• Products must remain in their original packaging with intact labels. Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt.

• Return Shipping Costs: Borne by the buyer for non-quality issues; borne by the seller for quality-related issues.

3.2 Refund Process

• Refunds will be completed within 3 business days after the returned products are received and inspected, and will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Special Terms

4.1 Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided after shipment. Real-time status can be checked via your Shopify account or email.

4.2 Exception Handling

• Lost/Damaged Items: Contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt and provide photo evidence.

4.3 Policy Updates

• This policy may be adjusted in line with carrier rules or business needs. Updates will be notified via in-site announcements.
